プライバシーポリシー（HARU Stamp Publisher）

Solashia（以下「運営者」）は、社内専用ツール HARU Stamp Publisher（以下「本ツール」）で扱う情報について、次のとおり定めます。
1. 利用者
本ツールを使うのは運営者だけです。運営者が自分の YouTube チャンネルを管理するために、自分のパソコンの中で動かします。一般の方に提供するサービスではありません。
2. Google から受け取る情報
本ツールは、運営者が許可した範囲で、Google の API から次の情報を受け取ります。
- 運営者のチャンネルの ID
- 運営者のチャンネルの動画の数字（視聴回数・高評価数・コメント数・平均視聴時間・平均視聴率・登録者の増減）
- API を使うための認証情報（アクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン）
あわせて、運営者のチャンネルへ動画をアップロードする権限を使います。
3. 使い道
受け取った情報は、運営者自身のチャンネルに動画をアップロードすることと、動画の成績を社内の記録に残すことだけに使います。広告やほかの目的には使いません。
4. 保存場所
認証情報は運営者のパソコンの中のファイルにだけ保存します。動画の数字は運営者のパソコンの中の社内記録に保存します。外部のサーバーには送りません。
5. 第三者への提供
受け取った情報を、第三者に販売・提供・共有することはありません。
6. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー
本ツールが Google の API から受け取った情報の使用と移転は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use の要件を含む）に従います。
7. 許可の取り消しと削除
本ツールへの許可はGoogle アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」からいつでも取り消せます。運営者のパソコンの中の認証情報と記録は、運営者がいつでも削除できます。

Privacy Policy (English summary)
HARU Stamp Publisher is an internal tool used only by its operator, Solashia, on the operator's own computer to manage the operator's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public.
With the operator's permission, it receives from Google APIs: the operator's channel ID; statistics of the operator's own videos (views, likes, comments, average view duration, average view percentage, subscribers gained); and OAuth tokens. It also uses permission to upload videos to the operator's own channel.
This data is used only to upload videos to the operator's channel and to keep internal performance records. Tokens and records are stored only on the operator's computer and are not sent to any external server. The data is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
HARU Stamp Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
